What Revanta does

One system for registration, tickets and bookings

Registration sits in one tool, schedules in a group chat, tickets with a third-party seller and fan emails in a newsletter service. Nobody can see the same person across them, every report is assembled by hand, and the gaps are patched with workarounds.

Players, parents, fans and renters live in one base that staff, coaches and the board all work from. Registration, schedules, tickets, loyalty and bookings write into the same profile, so segments, campaigns and reports come out of data you already collect.

Benefits

Personalization

Segments, offers and messages follow what each fan actually does.

Operations

Registration, schedules, sales and bookings are tracked in one system, so managers see the club’s operations in reports.

Result

Revenue and retention decisions rest on attendance and purchase data the club already collects.

“We have worked with The BrightByte since the club’s first days. The team proposed one backend for the websites of our hockey and futsal clubs, and today a single staff member runs both sites, even with a large volume of updates. We are now moving to their sports CRM. For us they have become a technology partner.”
Kirill TsaiHead of Marketing, Norilsk Sports Club
“This is our second season with The BrightByte. In the first year the company fully earned our trust: they improved the club’s digital platforms quickly and on their own initiative. The team’s expertise, how fast they handle requests and their wish to help the club grow are what we value in a long-term partnership.”
Alexander SarkisovCommercial Director, HC Admiral
“Our market is very conservative, and it is great to see young, energetic people like Vitaliy and his team come into it and shake things up. Their solution helped us automate our processes and gave us fresh ideas on how to grow the brand and engage fans.”
Sergey YakushevskyCommercial Director, HC Traktor
“We are developing a hockey club project, handling design and support. When I hand a task to Vitaliy’s team, I am fully confident in the result. The team is genuinely engaged and brings its own view to the work. Many contractors need a detailed specification; Vitaliy’s team runs the project on its own and defines its scope itself.”
Vitaliy PozdnevIT Director, FC Dynamo Moscow
“We are working with The BrightByte on a sports publication website with a relatively simple tech stack and several integrations. Previous developers kept delivering an incomplete product full of bugs and did not respond when we pointed out issues. The BrightByte team has shown a high level of professionalism, a clear business process and a systematic approach at every stage. I highly recommend working with them.”
John CushmaFounder, 21sports
“The team at The BrightByte helped us turn an idea into a finished product. They gave professional help at every stage and were set on getting results.”
Elena AndreevaChief Product Manager, Go
“We hired The BrightByte to build PersoniWay, an AI assistant for field technicians. I was impressed with how quickly they understood our domain and got things moving. The scope was clear, the execution fast and my own involvement minimal. They worked independently, asked smart questions when needed and delivered consistently, without bloated timelines or budgets. It is rare to find a team that is both technically sharp and business-savvy. I highly recommend them.”
Russel GiambroneFounder, TIG1 Strategies
“Working with The BrightByte was a turning point for us. They built an AI assistant around our HVAC service workflows, and we cut response time in half and improved accuracy in the field. The team was reliable, sharp and proactive.”
Josh AustinDirector, Green Way Texas AC
“We have worked with The BrightByte for two years, and in that time our project has grown a lot. The team pays close attention to detail: they write thorough API documentation, describe every new feature in a separate document and keep suggesting improvements. They also help us skip work we do not need when our plans go beyond what is necessary.”
Vasiliy VasilievCEO, IGFT
“Vitaliy and his team found us a technical director and audited the project in three weeks. For startups, a quick response and fast decisions matter a lot.”
Alexey SokolovFounder, Grid Capital
“Vitaliy is a very driven entrepreneur and CTO. He has the breadth of experience startups need to make effective decisions quickly.”

Frequently asked questions

What is Revanta?

Revanta is sports club software by The BrightByte. It covers registration and schedules for clubs and academies, ticketing and fan loyalty for spectator clubs, and bookings and public sessions for rinks and arenas, all on one member and fan base.

What is the difference between club, team and facility software?

Team apps handle one roster’s schedule and chat. Club software runs many teams: registration, fees, tryouts, field time and player development. Facility software sells time on the ice or court to outside customers. Revanta covers club and facility work in one system, with SportSchool for the club and Venues for the facility.

Which sports does Revanta support?

Revanta was built with hockey clubs, academies and rinks, and works for any team sport with practices, games and age groups, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball and softball.

Do I have to buy the whole platform?

No. Revanta is modular. Most organizations start with one module, such as registration or ticketing, and add others later without moving data.

Can we move from TeamSnap, SportsEngine or spreadsheets?

Yes. Players, teams, plans and history are moved into Revanta during the rollout: data collection takes 5–10 days and setup about 2 days, and work starts in the current season.

Can Revanta work with the systems we already use?

Yes, through data export and connections built during the rollout. We do not claim ready-made plug-ins for every US ticketing or POS system; if you need one, we build it as part of the project.

How is Revanta priced?

Pricing depends on the modules and the size of your organization. Book a demo and we will send a quote.
