Revanta Ticketing
Ticketing and venue management: seats, sessions and ice time in one system
A seat at the game, a spot at public skate and an hour of ice rented to a club are all the same job: sell the time you own and know who showed up. Revanta Ticketing runs all three in the club’s own system.
Built for
- Clubs that sell home-game tickets themselves
- Teams with their own arena
- Ice rinks and hockey arenas
- Sports complexes and municipal rec centers
- Box office, ticketing and facility managers
The seat is sold, the hour is empty
Game tickets go through an outside service, rentals are negotiated over email, and public skate is sold at the door. The club sees totals, not people, and nobody can say which hours earn money and which ones cost it.
Seats, sessions and rentals sit on one calendar in the club’s own system. Every buyer gets a profile from the first purchase, entry is scanned at the door, and the reports show both how a game is selling and which weekday hours sit empty.
What the club runs in Revanta Ticketing
Seat maps and price zones
An interactive map of the arena with zones priced separately, and seat availability that updates as people buy.
Season tickets and game packages
Sell a full season, a half season or a package of games, and carry the holder across to next season at renewal time.
Flexible pricing per game
Price a game by opponent, demand and how full the arena already is, rather than running one price all season.
Public sessions with time slots and capacity
Public skate and stick and puck sold on a time grid: skaters see how many spots are left and pay online.
Facility rentals: request, book and confirm
Renters send a request and staff confirm it in the system, so ice and court time stops living in email threads.
One calendar for games, sessions, rentals and events
The box office and the facility manager look at the same hours, so nothing is sold twice.
Customer registration and memberships
Members register once and keep one profile across every program and every purchase at your venue.
QR entry at the gate and at the door
Game tickets and session passes carry a QR code that is validated at entry, so nothing is used twice.
Every purchase on one profile
Tickets, sessions, rentals and entries land on the same profile the club uses for loyalty and campaigns.
Sales, utilization and idle hours
See how a game is selling while it is still selling, and which weekday hours sit empty before the month is over.
Promo codes and gift certificates
Issue a code for a segment, a partner or a win-back campaign and watch it redeem against real seats and slots.

Frequently asked questions
Can the club sell tickets without a third-party operator?
Yes. Revanta Ticketing is the seller: the club builds the seat map, sets the price zones and takes the payment, and the buyer stays in the club’s own base.
How do season tickets work?
A season ticket is sold against the same seat map as single games and stays on the holder’s profile, so the club can see who is up for renewal and who skipped games during the season.
Can skaters book public skate or stick and puck online?
Yes. Sessions are sold on a time grid with remaining capacity, online payment and a QR pass that is scanned at the entrance.
Can renters book ice or court time online?
Renters send a request for the time they need and staff confirm it in the system, so bookings stop living in email threads and the calendar stays the single source of truth.
How do we fill empty ice time?
The utilization report shows which weekday hours sit empty, and a segment of the regulars for that slot can be emailed the new session before it is published.
Does it handle several sheets of ice or courts?
Yes. Every sheet, court and room is its own resource on the same calendar, with its own schedule, price and capacity.
How are tickets checked at the gate?
Each ticket and session pass carries a QR code that is validated at entry. The scan is written to the profile, so attendance history builds itself from real entries rather than from sales.
Does Revanta integrate with Ticketmaster or our POS?
Not out of the box. Revanta sells tickets itself. If you keep another ticketing or POS system, we build that connection as part of the rollout.
Can the clubs that train at our rink use it too?
Yes. Revanta SportSchool runs on the same base, so a club training at your venue keeps its teams and schedules in the system your facility already books.
