Revanta Loyalty
Sports CRM with one fan profile and a loyalty program you control
Tickets, visits, merch and rewards land on one profile, so the club can see who comes, who buys and who quietly stopped — and act on it before renewal time.
Built for
- Junior and minor league hockey teams
- Professional and semi-pro clubs
- College athletic programs
- Clubs with their own arena
- Club marketing and CRM teams
Know who buys, who comes and who stopped
Purchases sit in one tool, gate entries in another and the mailing list in a third. Nobody can say who comes to every home game, who quietly stopped, or who buys merch but never buys a ticket.
Every purchase, visit and reward lands on one profile the club owns, so marketing can segment, reward and win back fans without exporting anything or asking anyone.
What the club runs in Revanta Loyalty
Ticket and season-ticket history, fed by Revanta Ticketing
Sales and gate entries arrive from Revanta Ticketing, so the loyalty program runs on what fans actually bought and attended.
One fan profile with full attendance and purchase history
Every ticket, visit and reward lands on one profile. Know who came to every home game and who quietly stopped: a season-ticket holder who skipped three games shows up in a list before renewal time.
Points, tiers, challenges and streaks
Reward the behaviors that matter: showing up, renewing, buying merch. Points for attendance, tiers that move with each game, and challenges the club builds itself, such as a reward for five home games.
Promo codes, gift cards and vouchers
Issued and redeemed in the same system that holds the fan’s profile.
Segments and personal offers
Build a segment of lapsed season-pass holders in a minute and send them a personal offer.
Push notifications and email
Game-day reminders and win-streak offers go out by push and email without anyone pressing send.
Your fan data, exportable any time
Export any segment or the full base whenever you need it, no ticket to support.

Frequently asked questions
What is Revanta Loyalty?
Revanta Loyalty is a sports CRM and fan loyalty platform by The BrightByte. Clubs sell tickets and season passes, keep each fan’s attendance and purchase history, and run points, tiers, promo codes and campaigns on that data.
Do we keep our fan data?
Yes. Tickets and season passes are sold in the club’s own system, so every buyer lands in the club’s base, and any segment or the full base can be exported at any time.
Can we see which season-ticket holders stopped coming?
Yes. The profile keeps every gate entry, so a holder who skipped the last three home games shows up in a segment before renewal time.
How do fans earn points in a team loyalty program?
The club sets the rules: points for home-game attendance, merch and ticket purchases, tiers that move with each game, and achievements for streaks. Earning rates and tier conditions change in the admin panel without developers.
Is there a loyalty platform for junior and minor league hockey teams?
Yes. Revanta Loyalty suits junior, minor league and college teams that sell home-game tickets themselves: tickets, season passes, loyalty and merch run in one system, so a small team does not need integrations to start a program.
Is there a mobile wallet or card-linked rewards?
Not today. Revanta does not offer a mobile wallet with a balance or card-linked sponsor rewards. If you need them, we can scope them as custom development.
Is this a sportsbook CRM?
No. Revanta Loyalty is built for sports clubs and their fans.
