Built for

  • Junior and minor league hockey teams
  • Professional and semi-pro clubs
  • College athletic programs
  • Clubs with their own arena
  • Club marketing and ticketing teams

When a third-party service sells your tickets, the fan data stays with that service. Revanta Loyalty sells tickets in your own system and shows who comes, who buys and who stopped coming.

Know who buys, who comes and who stopped

Today

Tickets are sold through a third-party service and the fan data stays with it. The club does not know who comes to games, who has quietly stopped, or who buys merch but never buys a ticket.

With Revanta Loyalty

Revanta Loyalty sells tickets and season passes into the club’s own fan base. Every purchase, visit and reward lands on one profile, so marketing can segment, reward and win back fans with data the club owns.

We have worked with The BrightByte since the club’s first days. The team proposed one backend for the websites of our hockey and futsal clubs, and today a single staff member runs both sites, even with a large volume of updates. We are now moving to their sports CRM. For us they have become a technology partner.
Kirill TsaiHead of Marketing, Norilsk Sports Club
This is our second season with The BrightByte. In the first year the company fully earned our trust: they improved the club’s digital platforms quickly and on their own initiative. The team’s expertise, how fast they handle requests and their wish to help the club grow are what we value in a long-term partnership.
Alexander SarkisovCommercial Director, HC Admiral
Our market is very conservative, and it is great to see young, energetic people like Vitaliy and his team come into it and shake things up. Their solution helped us automate our processes and gave us fresh ideas on how to grow the brand and engage fans.
Sergey YakushevskyCommercial Director, HC Traktor
Vitaliy always takes a proactive position. He helped the company a great deal in moving from offline to online, and he brought expertise from other industries into sport and made the most of it.
Konstantin KlyushevCommercial Director, HC Avangard
We are developing a hockey club project, handling design and support. When I hand a task to Vitaliy’s team, I am fully confident in the result. The team is genuinely engaged and brings its own view to the work. Many contractors need a detailed specification; Vitaliy’s team runs the project on its own and defines its scope itself.
Vitaliy PozdnevIT Director, FC Dynamo Moscow
We are working with The BrightByte on a sports publication website with a relatively simple tech stack and several integrations. Previous developers kept delivering an incomplete product full of bugs and did not respond when we pointed out issues. The BrightByte team has shown a high level of professionalism, a clear business process and a systematic approach at every stage. I highly recommend working with them.
John CushmaFounder, 21sports
The team at The BrightByte helped us turn an idea into a finished product. They gave professional help at every stage and were set on getting results.
Elena AndreevaChief Product Manager, Go
We hired The BrightByte to build PersoniWay, an AI assistant for field technicians. I was impressed with how quickly they understood our domain and got things moving. The scope was clear, the execution fast and my own involvement minimal. They worked independently, asked smart questions when needed and delivered consistently, without bloated timelines or budgets. It is rare to find a team that is both technically sharp and business-savvy. I highly recommend them.
Russel GiambroneFounder, TIG1 Strategies
Working with The BrightByte was a turning point for us. They built an AI assistant around our HVAC service workflows, and we cut response time in half and improved accuracy in the field. The team was reliable, sharp and proactive.
Josh AustinDirector, Green Way Texas AC
We have worked with The BrightByte for two years, and in that time our project has grown a lot. The team pays close attention to detail: they write thorough API documentation, describe every new feature in a separate document and keep suggesting improvements. They also help us skip work we do not need when our plans go beyond what is necessary.
Vasiliy VasilievCEO, IGFT
Vitaliy and his team found us a technical director and audited the project in three weeks. For startups, a quick response and fast decisions matter a lot.
Alexey SokolovFounder, Grid Capital
Vitaliy is a very driven entrepreneur and CTO. He has the breadth of experience startups need to make effective decisions quickly.

What the club runs in Revanta Loyalty

Sell tickets and season passes in your own system

Every buyer lands in the club’s own base, so the club owns the fan relationship from the first sale.

One fan profile with full attendance and purchase history

Know who came to every home game and who quietly stopped coming. A season-pass holder who skipped three games shows up in a list before renewal time.

A fan loyalty program with points, tiers and achievements

Reward the fans who show up: points for attendance, tiers that move with each game, achievements the club designs itself.

Promo codes, gift cards and vouchers

Issued and redeemed in the same system that holds the fan’s profile.

Segments and personal offers

Build a segment of lapsed season-pass holders in a minute and send them a personal offer.

Push notifications and email

Game-day reminders and win-streak offers go out by push and email without anyone pressing send.

Your fan data, exportable any time

Export any segment or the full base whenever you need it, no ticket to support.

Frequently asked questions

What is Revanta Loyalty?

Revanta Loyalty is a sports CRM and fan loyalty platform by The BrightByte. Clubs sell tickets and season passes, keep each fan’s attendance and purchase history, and run points, tiers, promo codes and campaigns on that data.

Do we keep our fan data?

Yes. Tickets and season passes are sold in the club’s own system, so every buyer lands in the club’s base, and any segment or the full base can be exported at any time.

Can Revanta handle season tickets and renewals?

Yes. Season passes are sold in Revanta, and the attendance history shows which holders skipped games, so marketing can reach them before renewal time.

How do fans earn points in a team loyalty program?

The club sets the rules: points for home-game attendance, merch and ticket purchases, tiers that move with each game, and achievements for streaks. Earning rates and tier conditions change in the admin panel without developers.

Is there a loyalty platform for junior and minor league hockey teams?

Yes. Revanta Loyalty suits junior, minor league and college teams that sell home-game tickets themselves: tickets, season passes, loyalty and merch run in one system, so a small team does not need integrations to start a program.

Does Revanta integrate with Ticketmaster or our POS?

Not out of the box. Revanta sells tickets and season passes itself. If you keep another ticketing or POS system, we build that connection as part of the rollout.

Is there a mobile wallet or card-linked rewards?

Not today. Revanta does not offer a mobile wallet with a balance or card-linked sponsor rewards. If you need them, we can scope them as custom development.

Is this a sportsbook CRM?

No. Revanta Loyalty is built for sports clubs and their fans.
